Oh yeah, I forgot about that fight. But at that point Bayo was very untuned and essentially scared Jeanne into fleeing or just flat out kicked her ass every encounter afterwards.
She should probably downscale anyways. 3-A seems fine for her I guess.

Not necessarily? Iirc, she only started trying at the final fight before Balder, hence her actually getting in her umbra witch attire like Bayonetta. She consistently tested her.

She didn't defeat bayo at all. We're shown the scene of the impaling multiple times.
- Battle for the throne gets interrupted offscreen
- Bayo and Jeanne flee to another room
- Bayo sees Rosa dead and begins to cry
- Jeanne sees that Bayo is in no mood to fight against thousands of angels and seals her away

That’s true, however Jeanne confirms that Bayonetta and her used to fight all the time 600 years ago. It’s not said who really won, but from the tone of Jeannes voice you can assume it was somewhat even.

Make it just 3-A. The reason it was at least High 6-A is because she regularly stomps gracious and glorious who are said to have world destroying powers at a fraction of their true power, as well as stomping angels who are far above G&G

Child Loptr should scale to Bayonetta as well. Loki and Child Loptr scaling is always something that baffled me to the end of the world and back. They shouldn't scale at all considering Bayo ragdolls Loki 24/7 but used actual effort and struggled somewhat against Loptr.
