Why Was Hancock Downgraded to High 7-C?

I noticed that Hancock was downgraded to At Least High 7-C, likely higher. Was this because her page was under revision, or is this just an error someone made when editing the page?
 
It's the former OP has been getting a verse wide revision and that was decided for Boa

Idk if it's final as there's still stuff to talk about I'm sure
