No that's not a support. Her having the potential to be dangerous because of her conquerors haki discredits it. The form of conquerors she has is totally non-combat applicable and it being mentioned indicates the statement refers to her overall (which includes her dura neg hax) rather than any particular physical ability
Yamato was never even in the prescence of Gear 4th when they made that statement. They have no possible way of knowing how strong Gear 4th is. All they know is base, Gear 2, and 3 which are tiers behind Yamato.

If it's referring to hax it would've said that. It specifically talks about her innate strength with her blood as a kuja warrior and having con haki both which are something that she was born with.
Make a CRT if you believe they have to first see the thing to read their power level, because that's not how haki works or how it's shown at all.

Its not hyperbole. Just because she didn't end up doing it doesn't mean its hyperbole nor does it mean she wasn't trying to hurt him.
She didn't use her devil fruit ability because she was trying to hurt him. Petrifying him would be painless.
I never said that she can't be as strong as she is stated to be because she has con haki, there's more nuance than that.
Yes it refers to her innate strength overall, not just her physical strength. Like I said before, the Kuja are known for their haki, and haki and kuja blood are mentioned in the same breath... you figure that out.
That absoulutely is how it works. Explain to me how Yamato would know how strong something she's never even been near is.
We know nothing about what Sengoku considers strong, this could mean anything from a ranked officer to yonko level. This statement is a massive nothing burger.

Okay but he literally never attacked her. Kurozu is not an attacking move. Pre-Timeskip Luffy was fine after it until Blackbeard slammed him into the ground. Enduring Kurozu is not a good feat.
I’m fine with scaling Boa above her suggested tiering, her being a god tier is what I have a big problem with.

No, that's not how that works. He didn't say "she's strong in comparison to me" he said "she's strong." Sengoku is the 1% of One Piece characters. You can be strong without having to scale to him, just like how you can be rich without being a billionaire.

Not instantly dying from being grabbed (which is not an attacking move unless its setting up something else) is not a good feat. We see that entire exchange once he grabs her (anime proves nothing happened before that), and he does not hit her once. The source of the wound on her head is unclear.
Blackbeard wasn't even trying to fight Hancock either. He's negotiating with her here.

Monkey this statement does not prove a thing. Why is her being worthy of her title proof she's 5-C? Because that only really means her reputation isn't all talk. And no it does not mean that "she's as strong as she is beautiful" is an accurate depiction of her strength.

Anyway your too focused on the "strongest and most beautiful woman" part. You're missing that this is refering exclusively to who can be the Pirate Empress/Captain of the Kuja (alla, Boa is the strongest Kuja pirate/most beautiful Kuja pirate) rather than all woman in the world.

Boa's dialogue is definitely referred to herself and the other Warlords. Though I don't think that's necessarily a strong justification for her profile either way. Yeah. It's kinda just support, since Buggy was in that chapter too.

And Blackbeard would be wiped out by an attack from Boa Hancock that nobody is immune to bar Luffy and doesn't depend on AP. Same would be true if Sugar gave him a tap.
