Yasuda Sayo should be the 19th person (because Yasuda Sayo is a name like others) or should be a body without any name (including Yasuda Sayo)?

In Ep8 manga, Erika called Sayo as a person with Blue Truth (but I'm not sure about the accurate of translation)

But Red Truth
There are no more than 18 people on this island (18 people including Kinzo)

I was thinking that we could actually get 1-A with these scans, but I thought Rika's speech about kakeras might be an anti feat.

With the whole Featherine thing H1-A is practically guaranteed and the question would be whether it is possible to make characters who are hierarchically lower than Featherine be H1-A as well.

1-A+ and High 1-A would stay effectively the same. The former would be for an infinite hierarchy of qualitative superiorities. The latter would be for characters who are above the "quality" defining the lower hierarchy altogether, while still working on their own, higher form of qualitative superiority. For example, in Marvel Comics, the omniverse has an infinite hierarchy of dreams-within-dreams in itself, and above that, then, is the Outside, which transcends all forms of reality and dream and yet nevertheless still has its own hierarchy that works on something else entirely.

How tho? The Mei scans directly call the privious world fake and the current world being real, literally what Ultima's new system is about.

Mei also has a bunch of cases like the one in that imgur album with Rika. A recent example is a fantasy world created subcontiously by Rika where the Mei MCs get stuck in.

They are loopers like Rika, so they go to other worlds like her or through portals created by another god like Hanyuu.

Honestly, to be valid, you need more details. Loopers are created by gods, so them being able to traverse through layers of R>F is not an anti-feat. However, the R>F of these worlds needs to be better defined, including the relationship between Loopers and R>F.
