Mumm-Ra's page is a bit lacking so for any external feats such as the ones in the comics just ask me (if that's allowed, I assume Lion-O and Mumm-Ra get composite forms between the comics since He-Man and Skeletor's pages do the same and the comics follow the same timeline of the cartoon).

Could be, but do you have any particular examples of Shang Tsung just one-shotting someone with soul steal from the beginning? I'm curious, I just assumed he had to beat his enemies first.
