My memories of the game is sketchy but can't Redfield create another Julius to fight Julius considering he was able to summon a copy of the Straw Hats the first time he had met them or am I mistaken.

Hm... probably. I thought he was able to do that with contact, but he had no contact with Old Shirohige and Ace, so he might be able of creating another Julius.
