Evil Computer starts with shooting lightning, though that means he will not be able to get to use his other moves once he gets paralyzed. Though, if he dies, his spirit gets passively sent to the Astral Plane located in another plane of existence where he can just rangespam with his lightning (or other abilities) from there.

Does Mujin’s soul manipulation only work once his opponents have been reduced to spirits, or does it affect both the body and spirit at the same time?

Mujin can circumvent that by literally ripping his soul out and absorbing it.

It can do both of these things. He can directly manipulate the soul and can also manipulate both the body and soul simultaneously.

In that case, I don’t see any way Evil Computer can take this. Although he can potentially win via thought-based Corruption through the Cobalt Fumes, he hasn’t been shown to use it yet. Though, maybe once TDOS Season 9 comes out and Evil Computer Supreme showcases more of his abilities, this could change.
