He would also get Radiation resistance for the same reason the mercs would (Pomson being radioactive)

So I think something controversial (for scaling not anything. bad) Is scaling characters to some of the strongest weaponry in TF2 which by that I literally only mean Saxton

I think the most notable part is Saxton is just far stronger than any of the mercs weaponry which includes the items that can Vaporize or even Atomize people. robots etc which would then place Saxton somewhere on the building level or if you wanna get even more dicey Large Town to City Level

Yeah, that does seem dicey. The wiki's profiles more or less indexes their base abilities afaik. It's odd...

Why does the profiles not have that?
 
Scout's profile mentions that the train in Meet The Scout was slowing down, which i don't really get
The train was passing by so it would have no reason to slow down, and the trains on Well (which this part takes place in) also don't show any signs of slowing down ingame
 
Hale should just be 8-C due to tanking the space weapons.

Also worth noting that in terms of stats every Merc can survive a hit from Saxton with overheal and Spy can take hits while cloaked and with the dead ringer out.
 
This guy's really going out of his way to figure out what Saxton's made of.:

 
Doesn't Saxton do 195 damage? The weaker mercs are at 185 at overheal
His damage actually varies a lot based on what I've played, sometimes its 195, sometimes its not even enough to kill a light class.

Think it depends on how direct the hit is since Hale's punches are slight aoe.

Either way we can scale them to 8-C pretty solidly, only issue is it might have to be a new key since it contradicts canon. (Saxton would probably be fine as full on 8-C due to the "stronger than any weapon on earth" statement, VSH just solidifies him scaling to the vaporizing weapons.)

Scout can dodge fire while he is burning would that grant speed or instictive action?

 
Despite the numbered comics never finishing, there seems to be a few events that take place after it
We should really create a timeline at some point
