Speaking of Travis, much of the No More Heroes profiles are awful tbh. Not sure where the 8-A calc is, and it's another one of those outdated profiles where combat speed isn't scaled to Reactions when it really should.
I'm pretty sure that 8-A is legit, but I really want to know the calc for it. Also sure it scales to quite a few characters, but unsure about everyone.

I want to revise it for a while but I don't know where to start. I'll play Travis Strikes Again when released for new feats. And 8-A definitely don't scale to everyone, it comes from #2 or 3 if I remember correctly, it should just scale to few characters.

Hm, Smash WiiU and 3DS was E10+ with DLC characters including Bayonetta, who's from an M rated game. I'm sure they'll rate E10+ again (maybe... I mean it has a chance to be T with characters like Snake but the game style is not griddy or dark)
