Disagree. The Story, plot and character development is really good. We don't need a over the top feats because it's a simple characterization and interaction to establish more plot points in the future.

Why is it said that there are 72 hours in a day in a Ninja Village? Does this mean that the OPM world takes 72 hours to rotate once or am I mistaken?

No it just means they treat 3 days like a day there. So instead of resting per day they rest after 3 days and sleep for 6hrs

The Ninja Village has that cube format, and Blast said time passes differently when "inside" a cube, so I guess it could have some similar properties

Fixing characters that have no way of getting pass 3-C or restricting their amp against Garou and Saitama when they can get pass 3-C.
The only Character that can fight Garou is Hulk if Garou spam GRB. Saitama, no chance

I mean if the wiki let Garou and Saitama go up to 3-A (both of them literally have broken their limiters there isn't a cap to their power other than actual infinity) we wouldn't have to fix the matches like this to work

I think a CRT about the Power System in OPM which is called Limiter will be created eventually.
The point of it is to prove that Saitama has Infinite Growth/Potential. I think everyone and their mother should know this obvious thing at this point. There's no way to argue it as hyperbole tbh. If it is accepted, then in versus matches Garou is likely allowed to copy vastly higher levels of AP into Universal while Saitama is allowed to grow up to Infinite 3D strength.
