Question, why Garou does have Stats amps from deflecting Gattling Bullets? Its suppose to be reactive evolution because he can adapted and increasing his power level.

He has it from growing in power despite his injuries over a very short time against Death Gatling's group. Although would that count as Reactive Evolution rather than Stat amp.

What he did is basically adapted on what type ability he ever faced, after he adapted he can on par with his opponent and even learn how to incapacitate his opponent ability wich is basically reactive power level, and adaptation + reactive power level = reactive evolution. Stats amps only can be used on short time periode or will only increase strength at a certain time, while Garou will continue to grow stronger after that.

Gosei kohou = Awakening breath not Abondonment, it makes me confused.

Somebody just needs to change Abandonment to Awakening Breath. What Garou used was the latter, not the former.
