I think they planned to show the main battle in this chapter, but because they didn't want to lose the hype because of One Piece, they didn't do that and postponed it for the next chapter. this is just my opinion

Also in the next page Saitama said after beating up the so called monster king he was able to vent a bit and then he saw Garou who he said looked pretty cool and has decent strength but doesn't look like a monster.

Usually these quotes are "At least High 6-A, likely/possibly 5-B", similar to Ifrit from Final Fantasy, if this statement really happens it would be something like "At least 5-C, likely 5-B" for Saitama, or similar

Who will make a CRT for likely 5-B Saitama? We have a statement from himself and a statement from Murata. 5-B Saitama is also implied through databook/compus and anime. While it can't be used by itself since we seperate anime, I think it should at least be mentioned alongside the first two statements
