Imagine if the Serious punch^2 is actually just some unexplainable technique that generates a shockwave that does not scale to physicals, but is exponentially stronger than the attacks that generated it and Saitama and Garou never realized the damage the punch caused because they got BFRed away by it too quickly to react, since it travels too fast beyond their perception and dealt damage way beyond their power levels.
Then, during the God fight Saitama unlocks his memories from parallel timelines and uses it with multiple temporal clones of himself to make Serious punch^10 wich ends up doing nothing more than destroying a galaxy and killing God with it. Followed by the Saitama's causing a huge paradox that retcons himself back into his before limit break self... Murata would be happy.
