Strongest One Punch General Discussion Thread v4

It was mostly just waiting on the anime for stuff rather than like, hard blocks.
 
Personally 7-C/High 7-C since I find it more consistent with other feats. But either end is fine. For example the Low 7-B stuff would make the Garou power jumps less questionable.
 
Ok, so to sum up my last comment:

His Anti-Saitama Tactical Gear Arms would obviously be High 7-C with his Arms mode mode being even stronger

Dehydrated DSK would scale to the former whilst Hydrated would scale to the latter. PPP and Tanktop blatantly scale above this and would also mean even early Garou would be High 7-C

Alright so now that that's outta the way: How does everyone scale? Characters like Speed o' Sound Sonic and Fubuki for instance.
 
Is a Dehydrated DSK is High 7-C, then Sonic would just be High 7-C. As his split key relies on upscaling to a better Genos. Blizzard will just be High 7-C I guess.
 
I'm guessing that he will be in A Class the next time we see him. Considering that he went from normal human to being able to hurt Garou with his punches pretty fast.

I wouldn't say he was a normal human before training, he was B class and recruited by the Blizzard group. And even C class heroes are several times stronger than regular humans in this world.
 
we literally know nothing about rosie. hes just a fodder that nobody gives a shit about. quite honestly, the guy was pathetic. even after becoming a monster, choze still one shot him.

so pretty damn weak if you ask me.

I thought he became B class after leaving the Blizzard Group.
 
Blizzard Group only consists of B-Class memebers

EDIT: Glasses actually mentions joining them after advancing to Class B
 
The only idea I have is to get a depth from the tunnels using the one Murata quote about Orochi's size then pixel calc how high the buildings moved in the landwave. From there you can get KE or something. Otherwise I don't know how you could do it.
 
Well, that depends on how hard they were being hit, Mumen could just be being hit with less force.

But if we are to assume he is stronger then that'd mean an upgrade to 9-A
 
Huh, I just counted through them. Weird, it felt smaller.

On another note, since Garou was able to resist Psyko's TK by using Metal Bat's Fighting Spirit, shouldn't Metal Bat atleast get a possible resistance to it?
 
I don't mind adding it or doing something like "possibly resistant to TK" through Garou scaling. Since in-universe high willpower can resist TK.
