I mean, seems that to affect a 6D being they'd need 6D potency.
And since that would make all the Super Forms (who now all have 5D AP) 6D smurfs, that would leave THE END as the best choice to represent Sonic in this list.

Solaris was accepted for being 6D because he’s considered superdimensional by people who are aware of Maginaryworld, thus upgrading his HDE.
Universe Tree Goku is the strongest Goku with passive info and extra fundamentality into CM type 1 erasure. Goku also has a overwhelming aura that releases the raw destructive power of his ki.

Passive just mean the ability do not need to be activated, it can mean many thing, just most people in vs match always assume that passive must be a hax that instantly effect the opponent right when the match startsonic has passive corruption but he needs physical contact to do it??

Immunity and layers isn't comparable, they are different thing altogether, there are no such thing as immunity > layer or vice verse, immunity mean you lack something thus opponent do not have a target to aim at, such as lacking a concept thus opponent with concept hax can't aim at your concept to hax cause you do not have it
This is a tricky question, it depend on if we have such a feat to begin with, but i argue that Time Power users can cause Time Power can affect being that lack these things, but yeah that just me
