What even is edison's goal? Don't know much about him since he hasn't appeared in any of the stuff i have read, and everything else is untranslated (Ó▓Ñ´╣ÅÓ▓Ñ).

Clock crock chrome, thought he was tick tick man cause everytime he was shown the tick tock of a clock was always happening, so he isn't tick tock man cool, guessing tick tock man was involved in inganock somehow though.

Tick Tock Man is just one of the many names for the baddies Nyarl. All the big guy always have many epithets/names. Moon King, Mad Space-Time, Clockwork God, etc are all Edison

He shows up in Shiei no Sona-Nyl right? If so cool can finally see him, but when is that translation gonna be released, i wanna play more games but no translations.

No. Dude with the watch in Inganock is Clock Crack Chrome, Astaire's (later Lemure's) assistant and basically the strongest Highness Agent in Inganock. He is really weakened in Inganock, but he had a Kikai before and three Cracking specializations. Edison is important to the backstory of Inganock though, although the game gave no hints towards his involvement.
Edison and Tick Tock Man/Moon King/Clockwork God were once separate but these particular incarnation of Nyarlathotep has taken him as his meatpuppet. Same way M took over Professor in Sharnoth, and it seems he currently still uses his body, despite having been shot dead by Holmes.
Also, M is not the main villain of Sharnoth. That's Professor. M actually holds quite a complicated position in the plot, seeing as he and Baron (his alternate personality) are the Professor's heavies in the whole plot, but M actually plays the role of the "hero" till the end of the story. And his character issues kind of get solved thanks to Mary. And M's role in fighting during Sharnoth is that basically being a perpetually god mode asshole who eats each Meta-Critter in one single gulp. The final section, once Sharnoth is finally summoned and M takes again his role as the Black King, is spent with a helpless Mary being thrown into fighting Charlie while M watches from his throne, thoroughly amused. Mary only manages to """win""" by snapping M out of his isolation induced depression after she proves to be the human he has been looking for. Once M gets serious, he is quite capable of just steamrolling whatever is in his way. The Illuminati even considered getting a huge army from the Northern Central Empire just cause he's "big game". They did, M still buried them. He's one of the big guys in the series.
And Nyarlathotep is literally chaos in this series. His multiple incarantions have multiple background stories, personalities and goals.
