Before i do my last stand in trying to upgrade the fraccions to ve above toshiro i would like to ask a question:
Does anyone disagree with baragan's fraccion,hallibel's fraccion and tesla scaling to shawlong?

I kinda of gave up on making them scaling to toshiro full power but is everyone okay with the following :
-barragans fraccion
-tres bestias
-tesla
- FKT kira, issagi, ikkaku, yumichika

Basically
1: shawlong is capable of fighting against hitsugaya and is implied he only lost because got caught off guard by hitsu releasing the getei kaijou so shaolong is mountain level
2: here is the kicker, shaolong as well as all of grimmjow fraction are considered failed arrancar and gillian level according to aizen, therefore is fair to assume that the karakura town arrancar are stronger than shaolong and therefore mountain level
3: this would aply to the ones they scale to like yumichika, ikaku and kira
4 : they being on those levels is also consistent since one of them ( findor) is blatantly stated to have the strenght of an average captain and many of the others are show giving FKT captains a bit of trouble
5: Yamamoto also ordered everyone in the Gotei to train for winter, so it's not like they would have stayed the same strength in the end
Conclusion:
So with the fraccion of Barragan being possibly stronger than Shawlong in FKT it's not hard to assume that Yumichika, Kira, and Ikkaku powerscale to Hisagi and would all be "7-C, possibly 7-A"
Edit: Also to support my point, look at Renji, he went from 7-C to 6-C in just one arc, couldn't these guys be given a similar treatment?

Long story short shawlong is considered a failed arrancar and gillian level by aizen, while most other fraccion are not considered failures and are in fact adjuchas
As a supporting point it would make logical sense for the upper espada fraccion being stronger than grimm fraccion

If he got wrecked by Hitsugaya's normal level of power than he is not scaling to Mountain level.
How do we know what Aizen considers these Fraccion to be?
How do we know if they're Gillian Arrancar or not?
"Average Captain level" sounds like a fairly empty statement. We don't have a value for "average Captain level."

Shawlong was stomping getei kaijou hitsugaya who scales to 180 megatons
We can know that they are adjuchas based on their appearences , the FKT fraccion look nothing like gillians
The character who claimed to be captain level did research on the entire gotei 13 to get a grasp on their power , making it reliable as he has direct acess to 3 ex members of the gotei 13 as sources , those 3 being aizen,gin and tosen
furthermore the current 900 megatons calc we currently scale all the BOS captains to was done by toshiro who is not only the weakest captain in the whole series but also was on his shikai, aka not full power
This same toshiro also consider adjuchas hollows ( who are weaker than arrancar adjuchas ) to be captain level likely comparing them to himself, furthemore toshiro was dissapointed with his performed against shawlong and implied the next enemies are gonna be stronger than him
You can make an argument that the stronger the espada the stronger his fraccion are considering grimmjow fraccions got better feats than szayel fraccion , and barragan's fraccion got better feats than hallibel's fraccion
Also on the renji point, there is zero reason him him being only 7-C on the society arc considering his performance against byakuya, and this same also renji strugled against grimm's fraccion
