Fake Karakura town upgrades Evidence:
1: shawlong is capable of fighting against hitsugaya and is implied he only lost because got caught off guard by hitsu releasing the getei kaijou so shaolong is mountain level
2: here is the kicker, shaolong as well as all of grimmjow fraction are considered failed arrancar and gillian level according to aizen, therefore is fair to assume that the karakura town arrancar are stronger than shaolong and therefore mountain level
3: this would aply to the ones they scale to like yumichika, ikaku and kira
5: Yamamoto also ordered everyone in the Gotei to train for winter, so it's not like they would have stayed the same strength in the end

A: the first is that while gillians can be killed with easy by captains adjuchas are different implying them to be somewhat even in strenght, since toshiro is the one saying that is fair to assume that the adjuchas in question are being compared to his own strenght, which is consistent since he is the weakest captain, and the class of menos who come after adjuchas are the vasto lordes who are not equal to the captains but stronger
B:adjuchas are much stronger than gillians aka: much stronger than shawlong which toshiro claims to be gillian level
C: after becoming arrancar they get even stronger,which explains why a gillian like shawlong can fight evenly with toshiro, it also means that the adjuchas arrancar will be even above that version of toshiro as he considered their non-arrancar forms comparable to him
this is supported by the performance of the fraccion against the now trained and stronger captains in the FKT arc, because:
D: on chapter 330, 331 and 332 ggio vega one of baraggan's fraccion is show to be able to trade blows and survive attacks from soi fon even in his , base forcing her to use her shikai as well as knoking her in to a building and making her bleed, while soi fong was somewhat holding back he still made her bleed, survived an attack of a serious soi fong and only got killed by soi fong death manipulation shikai
E: another of barragan fraccion named findor claims that according to his analysis he is on the level of a captain, which should include arrancar arc toshiro at least , since that toshiro fought arrancars twice and is one of the weakest captains
Conclusion:
So with the fraccion of Barragan being possibly stronger than Shawlong in FKT it's not hard to assume that Yumichika, Kira, and Ikkaku powerscale to Hisagi with FKT keys and would all be "7-C, possibly 7-A"
Edit: Also to support my point, look at Renji, he went from 7-C to 6-C in just one arc, couldn't these guys be given a similar treatment?

In TYBW Ikkaku and Yumichika were able tank Zombie Bambietta's attacks and even pierce into her and slice her arm off. Bambietta herself should not be any weaker than her alive AP because there was nothing stated about her being weaker although bambi movements are more sluggish and was harder to control as oppose to Toshiro, but that doesn't correlate to durability.
Conclusion: These guys deserve TYBW keys too
