Should Harry Potter films and Harry Potter novels have separated profiles?

As the title says. The Harry Potter movies have noticeable differences from the Harry Potter novels. It includes the inclusion and exclusion of certain feats from the novels.

The weird part is more that there's movies canon to the books but not all the movies.

So stuff like Fantastic Beasts would be used for either profile. But we shouldn't be scaling Book Voldermort to Movie Voldermort's feat.

Yeah, as much as I strongly dislike the Fantastic Beast films, they are sadly canon to the original books; or towards both continuities. But feats from the 8 movie adaptations shouldn't scale to anyone from the books and vice versa that book exclusive feats shouldn't scale from the movie counterparts.

I'm not well versed in the books since I mainly watched the movies and don't own the novels but what's the scaling for certain characters, such as Harry. How does the movie Harry compare to the book Harry?

In films pages in Harry Potter Wiki, there are sections about the difference between the novel and film. For example:

In a word, film characters have differences in feats, personalities and so on.

Okay, been a while since this thread has been created but I wanted to return there and yes, I think we should make separated profiles for movie and books versions like Lord of the Rings. I'm personally interested in making movie Voldemort and Dumbledore btw
