If the key used for Shiki doesn't have the Outversal ap and other powerful haxes, I'll probably vote for Yhwach. Otherwise, this is not up for debate.

She has the MEODP. If Yhwach tries to use the almighty, A death line will show up and shiki can cut it, disabling yhwachs almighty forever.
Also she has these resistances.

magical energy in nasuverse kinda works like reishi, pretty much everywhere in the enviroment, everything possesses a level of it somewhat, and it comprises all energy based attacks

The ability, calculation of the future, differs from and exceeds prediction of the future. The future is normally uncertain and unable to be reached out to because it is not there, and prediction only allows for seeing a possibility of a future that may eventually occur. Calculation is an abnormal ability able to determine an outcome through his own will which will definitely occur. This proves to be a weakness against the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, as they would have been unable to kill an uncertain prediction. He cannot reach out to a coincidence, so he gives the invincible future form with his eye. Reaching out to a certainty gives it a clear form, but that also means it is able to become broken. Seems like a weaker almighty. Also from the wiki itself.
The ability to kill something with the eyes requires the user to actually strike the target, so those physically above the user will easily be able to avoid them with little worry. While Tohno kills Arcueid at her full available power with a perfect sneak attack, she would be able to easily avoid him if he were to actively attack her even in her drastically weakened state.

There are those without true form like Night of Wallachia right before it takes shape. Something "made of words" and "which has yet to exist" cannot be "killed." Wallachia also can be called a "phenomenon" like "wind storms" and "typhoons", and while individual events of such phenomenon can be dispersed, it is impossible to outright kill the phenomenon itself. Ryougi works off of the notion of killing what she perceives as alive, so while she claims to be able to kill God "as long as it's alive", she can do nothing to God because "God is not alive or dead."[9]

Also Almighty should be able to dab on her eyes since he dabbed on Ichibei's thing that prevented reincarnation which kinda seems the same.

doesnt matter, the almighty has the power to actualize the future yhwach chooses, as soon as he's doing that shiki will just cut the line. She doesnt need to directly slice yhwach for this, since he isnt the target.

Kinda does matter since a blast from the X-Axis sends her into the afterlife cause you know she can't hit it. Kinda would matter since the Almighty already no diffed power nullfication and we know she's gonna have to overheat her brain trying to kill Yhwach.

She can hit it, the MEODP can be used on the intangible. Yhwach is not resisting 1-A hax
 
You guys forget that he can literally turn her to atoms passively. Reiatsu crush, the soul part is a non factor but it still does passive release a 3-C force that can cover 5KM.


Oddly enough despite her connection to the Root it doesn't respawn or protect her from death.

Doesnt reiatsu crush depend on soul manipulation? even if not, she could just kill the surrounding reiatsu to avoid this

That's only one part of it I wasn't even referring to. Well more like that's an indirect effect.


The dangerous part here is that he just kinda needs to exist and she's dead. Yhwach passively creates 3-C force and there's no way she's pulling out MEoDP before a literal passive. She needs to perform an action first with the knife, while Yhwach just needs to like be there to dust her.
