Assume this is SBA, it is Stomp for Shiki, SBA using strongest version which is The End vs Void Shiki, Void Shiki currently has Acausality 5, NEP2 and Transdual Aspect 3, Yogiri can't interact with her while Shiki can just destroy him

Yogiri might have beaten Mitsuki, but their lacks evidence to prove that he is is a transcendental above him. So Yogiri is still only baseline 1-A, and unlike Mitsuki Void Shiki has a physiology that Yogiri is unable to affect.

There can be gaps in power in 1-A that are not the transcendent layers kind. So they are technically more powerful than a baseline 1-A beyond, but they still exist on the same level as a baseline 1-A being.
