Isn't Ichigo like high 3-A to low 2-B right now? Might be a massive AP mismatch. Maybe Urahara for kido? Byakuya also works.

Iskandar also have Magic Resistance, and as reaper said I don't remember it touching Iskandar, instead it destroyed the Reality Marble.
