Yea, Nuclear Throne Danmaku really shows up Sans quite easily. As well, Sans doesn't exactly one-shot with his soul manip, that's just a myth. With Euphoria, the bones will go slower, and allow Best Rapper to get more shots in. Levitation assists against telekinesis and gravity shifts, and a spam of homing crossbows will certainly put Sans down due to the mass of amp.
