It's only because most of his matches put his opponent within his range, despite his potent-spammable-convenient-super fast-in character hax, he lacks range. Without that range advantage, Sans gets easily destroyed by something he didn't see coming

And I'm pretty sure even his hax can work on soulless ones unless there was a previous CRT that took that from him

Sans' KARMA works on soulless beings, that's how his profile indicates it. It's not soulhax but classified as duraneg/poison
