Ruyi Jingu Bang minor hax removal

Found this thing and I have an objection to one of its powers

Velocity Manipulation Negation Nullification (Ruyi Jingu Bang is able to ignore anti-kinetic energy armor.)[10]

Besides Vector Manipulation existing and being a better page to link over only Power Null's, the justification linked for the power is way too vague and extremist, the context given there is that a so-called "anti-kinetic armor" is bypassed, but how this armor is anti-kinetic and whatever isn't elaborated on, this is like saying that a thing that's called fire-proof negates heat when by default it's just resilient to fire, aka, it's taking the logical extreme with very little to back it up.

So yeah, I'd propose its removal if it can't be substantiated properly.

It's probably just a feature of the Durability Negation so I have no issues with it being removed.

I agree with removing Vector Manipulation.

While I personally feel that the verse is a Suggestverse in mainland China, I personally like the Tier 0 Ruyi Jingu Bang.
