Why is this fanfiction on the wiki?

The problem is that it's not just simply "borrowing concepts", the characters are literally the same, act the same, and even have the same skill names (*******, Continuous punches from saitama)
And Saitama is, I believe, in for a couple of chapters (5-6?) at the very least. It's not a simple reference. What the author says doesn't really matter, this is fanfiction, without a fraction of a doubt.

I mean, it does. Because there's legitimately a difference between fan fiction crossover with a OC (like a OC in a Smash Bros story) and a series that just has a ton of copyright infringement.
Ultimately you can rip off the latter's copyright issues without (mostly) effecting the story, while the same cannot be said of the former.
Neither would be allowed on the wiki though.

I can make it a staff thread if you feel like it, otherwise a new thread would only be to clean the state for a new reader. Which can be done if you want that I guess.

Animator vs Animation is also a verse that's already standing on some incredibly thin ice, so it's probably a bad idea to compare your verse to it.
