If have to apply something, i want you to do it, because i have a lot of respect for you.

Furthermore, i would like to ask you to ban my account forever, because i cannot bear to be in the same place as an extremely toxic person like Omega and to avoid unnecessary fights for me it's good, i think this is enough for me

Since no one looked at Omega's offenses, i would much rather be permanently banned than stay in a place where someone has so much hate.

I'm sorry if I'm overstepping here (but it seems pretty important to point out) or if it's a dead topic now but I would like to point out how manipulative this is blaming Omega on how toxic he is and trying to make it out to seem like he is the problem while trying to evoke pity for himself by saying he rather be banned because of Omega's "toxicity" despite being the prime aggressor. This is pretty much gaslighting and narcissistic.

In your mind I'm an aggressor, but it's Omega who's being extremely toxic with his text that insulted me, I've never even dared to insult him like that, you're also not a good source to say something here, since you're often a bad person with others.

Please just stop and drop the subject, ok? If you and Omega can't get along with each other just don't speak to one another and if you still can't do that I suggest asking an admin to block each other from seeing the other's messages (an extreme measure to be sure but it's clear to me and various other users that for whatever reason there's beef and it's actually affecting DB revisions/discussions). I guess I wasn't wrong when I called the cosmology canon CRT a "crapshoot".

Personally it really shouldn't be that deep, harmless banter and facetious comments that unfortunately devolved into boundaries being crossed and now you're asking to be banned after just receiving your first official warning. Just take a small break bro, it's just online Vs debating not a court case. I've said my peace, apologies in advance if I contributed to any derailment here.

I agree and same with the other staff that nothing beyond a light warning is fine.

Reporting @Mad_Dog_of_Fujiwara for being needlessly antagonistic and insulting as a result of this thread.

She makes a pretty shady comment about the reading comprehension and literacy of her opposition (and this does confirm it's about the above thread) and she actively goes on about how the entire verse in question is exaggerated, even after being told to calm down. She also feels the need to enter threads unrelated to the CRT to remind people that she would downgrade a verse,for whatever reason.

Furthermore, on the very first thread, she showed a consistently abrasive attitude when things weren't going her way.

Now, this would be one thing if it was a first offense.

Issue is, again, Fujiwara has a consistent history of showing this kind of behavior. As you probably remember, I already reported her once for...well, the same reasons : Spiting verse supporters, aggressiveness etc... And as I pointed out last time, this isn't even the first time she gets dragged to RVR. Long story short, she's already walking on thin ice and has been already banned not too long ago.


I honestly don't get the reasoning behind this kind of attitude. With that, i rest my case.

If I may interject and add something, she also has a history of expressly antagonistic remarks and comments in Dragon Ball threads, especially towards a few supporters, as well as general brashness towards anyone who talks about upgrading the verse which is best seen in the Dragon Ball Heroes thread by @Theglassman12 and its follow-up made by Fujiwara herself.

I cleared this up with Clover in the pet peeves thread. I said it was a general complaint I've had for many years, and the latest thread was one of many examples. That's it. I didn't call out anyone in particular (unless you want to say I insulted the entire wiki, I guess?), I was just airing a very broad grievance. Saying I'm going to downgrade a verse is also... not a rule violation? Like, I'll admit to it here, I would like to downgrade God of War because I think some things are wrong.

I'd also like to point out that the issue of media literacy was brought up in the thread itself and nobody seemed to have an issue with that.

Bringing up Dragon Ball is also poisoning the well a bit here, since that issue has since been resolved with a 2 week ban.

I'm going to be honest here, I think you're blowing things out of proportion. Yes, her speech and language she uses can be very blunt or harsh, but this is on an entirely separate thread, which is basically used to vent frustrations. Her messages were not targeted towards anyone, and I feel as if you're just looking for excuses to get her another warn or ban when, in reality, she's still in line, just a bit heated.

Treating this as "walking on thin ice" as well is also kind of stupid because she's been on good behavior, so once again, I think you're just reaching for straws when pretty much everyone has their moments and gets frustrated a bit. Not like she was actively targeting people.
 
My feelings are the same as Curry's. She vented her frustrations on a thread meant for such a purpose, she did not direct it at anyone in particular, and what she said was not overboard in any case.

Also, despite what the report said, Fuji did not "confirm" that it was about the recent CRT. Oddly, that claim links to a comment which does precisely the opposite of that.

I won't get too involved with this, but going by what's been brought up, I think this is especially noteworthy - as this is tantamount to ignoring staff warnings (not the formal warnings, no) about her conduct.
 
If a DM conversation is to be used as evidence, then the content of the messages should be provided in their entirety. I don't see the aforementioned comment as being an issue, so if all she did was disagree on the matter, or pointed out that precedence suggests it's acceptable, then it would be quite a stretch to characterize it as ignoring a staff warning.
 
I didn't realize it was the pet peeve thread, but at the same time, even that has a rule against "Going overboard". Based on how Ottavio's report was organized, it gave the impression she said those words on the God of War thread; which would have been a much bigger deal if that was the case. But she has behaved better mostly since her 2 week ban and also mentioned wanting to wait before attempting to downgrade anything Dragon Ball related out of respect for Akira Toriyama.

But anyway, I suppose I might have overreacted and now more neutral but leaning towards letting her have a chance. It really depends on the interpretation of "Overboard" is the main thing.

I told her to tone it down with her comment about reading comprehension being nonexistent on the site and she just refused despite the fact that she's had 9 warnings and a ban prior to this.
 
I don't think a ban is needed but in no way do I think that comment was okay regardless of if it was on the pet peevs thread, especially as a person who has reading issues. That comment didn't need to be directed at a person when we know it's caused by a thread or threads which consists of individuals. Once again, that's my opinion but I definitely don't think a ban is needed.

Yeah, I second this. I'm alright with whatever action is decided to be taken by the collective staff but having 9 warnings, many of which are presumably of similar instances, should be taken into account.

i do think 4 prior warnings on the tracker + more informal ones that aren't on there + being right off the heels of a previous 2 week ban for a similar reason should be taken into consideration, yeah

Regarding the Fujiwara situation (since I missed it when it was initially brought up): I am largely in agreement with Curry, although Fujiwara does need to cease the use of various other threads to slander others she doesn't like. It is and has been a problem for some time.

I don't think Fuji should be free from punishment, in fact, I think a final warning before a much longer than 2 week ban for a potential next offense would be the best bet here.

My personal advice would be to vent frustrations in private, whether that be in the dms of a trusted friend or a discord server. Obviously, we all have moments where we slip up and get frustrated, but it should be avoided, especially considering there's a delete feature for your own messages. Just taking a step back and going "Is this really necessary and will saying this get me in trouble." is always good to do, especially on a site focused on debating like this one.
