They've been vandalising profiles since the start and they're not willing to cease. Not to mention those troll acts were all absurd tier jumps and we usually give direct permaban for these types of troll actions. I see no reason why that punk should be an exception.

I've gone ahead and banned this guy, although I left an explanation on his wall regardless.
As for the other user in question, Satriakuto211, I will withhold final judgement as he was given a warning by Garrixian. To his credit, although he seems primarily interested in very high tier things, this does not seem to be a troll (just someone with poor taste, hah). Further disruption (more vandalism) should probably be met with a ban, however, as this will have been the third incident of this nature.
