Remove Saitama's resistance to Durability Negation

A durable character doesn't have resistance to durability negation... Even if that isn't true, the current justification still implies that, since Saitama no-sold Garou's internal strikes, he can no-sell all types of other dura negs as well, which is something that should at least be modified.
