Just a continuation of my last CRT. The databook states that when two Rasengan with inverse rotations clash together, their power more than doubles.
I'd think this is as straightforward as upgrades come, but apparently not. Basically the argument against it is that this is a physics based DC thing rather than its AP being more than doubled. But while the physics of inverse rotations clashing probably contributes to the effect of the attack, I'd argue that's just why it's a MORE than 2x increase, not why it's 2x in the first place. If it really meant it was a purely practical increase, it wouldn't talk about its actual power, it would say range of effect or effectiveness or something. Additionally, the raws are even clearer, with it saying something along the lines of generating a power more than twice that of the Rasengan.

When the counterclockwise spiral interferes with the central spiral, it generates more than double the power of "Rasengan".
The Occam's Razor interpretation would be that it's just referring to AP. Especially because we have precedence for multiple of the same attack being a huge amp, like when a bunch of fodders combining their Water Style jutsu countered a Fire Style jutsu from Madara, or when SM Naruto attacking with dozens of Massive Rasengans damaged Kurama when he easily tanked one with a tail, or when the Odama Rasengan Barrage Line stopped Madara's Wood Style which scales WAAAAAAAAAY above Base Naruto. Not proposing that every character using multiple of the same attacks at the same time should get a multiplier though, cause that's far too controversial. Just this since it has a direct statement.
This upgrade would apply to all versions of Naruto from the Pain Arc onwards, though I'm not sure if it should for SPSM Naruto since it doesn't change his rating and there are stronger attacks than the Rasengan Barrage in his AP justification anyways like the Rasenshuriken.

His Rasenshuriken was deemed to have "too much energy" by Madara.[20] His Odama Rasenshuriken was able to destroy two of Edo Hashirama's Wood Dragons[21] [8.6 Gigatons])

Stated to have control over the Nine-Tails’ power on multiple occasions[23][24][22], and stole a massive amount of Kurama’s chakra, leaving him in an emaciated state.[25] Matched one of the V2 Jinchūriki.[26] Even while extremely low on chakra, he matched and stopped Son Goku's bite[26][27], and later stopped his strike with his chakra arms[28] [4.3 Gigatons]), higher after bonding with Kurama (Became more powerful than before due to having Kurama’s cooperation.
