I dunno about KA (tho it should scale above Choodama Rasengan) but perhaps Bijuudama can get the >2x? Since Bijuudama is usually treated as a Jinchuuriki's ultimate technique.

We also do have supporting evidence that Bijuudama in verse is treated as WAY stronger than base Bijuu attacks. Kurama's TBB obliterated Hashirama's Wooden Golem.

What a longass thread. I agree with KA scaling above RB but disagree with it being above cho odama rasengan. COR should be >= to TBB which is above KA. During Momoshiki’s konoha’s invasion, base momo utilized chakra pills + TBB to incapacitate SPSM + KA naruto. Before his incapacitation, Naruto was going to use a TBB to counter momo’s TBB yet he stopped and decided to tank the attack, sasuke later mentions that naruto could have obliterated momo’s TBB with his own but he is worried about the collateral damage from their attacks.

Few chapters later, we see Fused Momo, whom we accept as 2x more powerful than his base form, use chakra pills + TBB just to get obliterated by a cho odama rasengan. So as absurd as it sounds, it is pretty clear, RB<PR<<<KA<TBB=<COR.

At the very least, the KA would scale above Chōōdama Rasengan, since Naruto used it against Jigen prior to his statement regarding the KA.

And Cho Odama Rasengan was never used against Jigen.

I went back and read the fight three times, I’m not wrong. He used giant(odama) rasengan against Jigen, while super giant rasengan which he used against delta is a cho odama rasengan.

You're right but even though your premise is very wrong.
Naruto took momoshiki attack into his KA. In other words it was inside his avatar just like he was inside it. So what naruto was going to use to tank the attack itself is just his normal kcm cloak durability. The KA itself would just contain the damage. If it was fired directly at naruto just like that he'd tank it just fine.
So momo tbb overpowered kcm naruto durability somewhat which is what made him to pass out and not KA itself. With that out of the way your scalling just falls apart. It is made pretty clear jinjuriki ultimate attack is their tbb and it is mentioned that KA is naruto going all out
