With Fantastic Beasts and where to find them out, I am wondering if it is worth mentioning it and how it mught buff the Harry Potter verse via one of the creatures in the movie which is a young wizard destroying multiple buildings in second with rather ease and would like to see if it gives any buffs to the series.

That was an Obscurius, which are stated in the movie to have powers far greater than the capability of any ordinary Wizard. Granted, neither Dumbledore nor Voldemort are ordinary, far from it.
However, said character was the most powerful Obscurius of all time, as their power is such that they tend to die as children, yet he lived to his 20s. Even Grindenwald was powerless before him.
So yeah, it is an upgrade for the Verse in the fact that it exists, but it doesn't scale to Wizards.
