Pokémon Reburst: Songs of the People RP

"Good, now we can disable that machine that was preventing us from using our Pokemon. I'm sure Porygon would appreciate the target practice."
 
"So again, who the heck are you? You still haven't answer us that."

I said this again to her, with more emphasis this time
 
"Oh, my name is Kaedae Hayashi. My partner, by the way, is Haruto. We're...what you'd probably call rebels, yes." She put her hands on her hips and tilted her head. "A machine that disables pokeballs, huh?" Lets go see that this is about."

She'd way past the group of teenagers. Rounding the corner, they'd find an equally oddly dressed ma who's eyes were glowing blue. He glanced to Kaedae. "Oh, hey. The kids are alright, huh? Good to hear. Want me to wipe these guys?"

"Well, in a moment." She glanced towards Nicholas. "Do you know which one had the device?"

(A simple search of who's there should tel you btw)
 
"I remember the bastard faces."

I then throw a punch at his faces, at the one who held the device and trapped Riolu within the pokeball with it, and after that search his body.
 
Charley held out his pokeball since he knew Copter would want to get out and check out it's master to see if he was alright.
 
Thomas, naturally, was shocked at this sudden revelation. This, however, quickly turned to cheer. "Yeah! I knew good things were bound to happen soon!" He jumped out of the van with the others. He looked at Gary searching the unconscious man on the ground, and the three men being suspended in the air. Believing things were under control now, he turned to the woman and asked a rather peculiar question.

"Hey, you're gonna make sure these guys aren't hurt too much, right? After all, I'm pretty sure these guys are just following orders for the most part."
 
"Ok ... we have just been saved by two strange guys ... and rebels too ... I would say that this is an extremely favorable turn of events ... I think"
 
It...doesn't take a whole squad to go searching for the device. You find it quickly enough on one of the levitating bodies. Charley would be the one to find it, and once Kaedae noticed the device, she stepped over to him and smiled. "May I see that?"

Meanwhile, once Haruto saw the device be pulled out of the man's pockets, his eyes flashed a bright blue and the five men all suddenly became unconscious. He let them fall to the ground and nodded. "They won't be remembering anything now."
 
Kaedae grabbed the device from his hand and...crushed it. As if she was crushing a can of soda. She smiled as she shook her hand and let all the little crushed bits of technology fall to the ground. "Nasty little thing, those are."
 
"Was that Hypnosis you did right there, and Psychic earlier? And as for the lady, I guess it was Vine Whip for both the spike strip and the binding."

I ask them.

Edit: "Anyway, now that was done..."

I then let Riolu out of the Pokeball, and letting it having some fresh air and feel thing around, letting it relax and in comfort.
 
"Well, what do we do now? Because I doubt that turning around, forgetting what happened and returning home is an option"
 
"Well, why not asking these totally-not-suspicious-people-that-definitely-save-us-with-no-ulteror-motive-whatsoever?"

I said, directly to them.

"After all, we're somehow precious cargo for a reason, right?"
 
Charley's Yanma, whose name is Copter, burst from its ball and zoomed around before landing on Charley's head and began observing its surroundings with its 360 degree vision.
 
"Well, precious is a little bit extreme," she said with a small frown. "You were all picked at random. As for what they had planned for you all...we feared the worse, so we followed you. Haruto predicted that they'd come down this road, and as always, he was right."

"And as for where you people will be going." Haruto walked towards them. There was a sudden flash of light and he was suddenly wearing much more normal clothes. A green collared shirt, some khakis and thick framed glasses. "You're going to be anywhere but here. It's a long way from home for some of you, I'm sure. Wouldn't be safe for you to travel on your own, either. The Wild pokemon out here have been more aggressive than ever. We have a place for you to stay while we figure out how to handle you, though."
 
"Whatever I don't need any random peoples help, I can easily get by on my own, me and Rotom have no reason to worry about a bunch of wild Pokemon." Alexander then releases Rotom and walks the opposite direction of where they came.
 
"You don't even know where you are, kid," Haruto spoke as he watche the boy begin to walk off. "You could easily get lost, and those wild pokemon are going to be a lot more savage towards you than you think."

"Besides, if you come with us..." Kaedae grinned. "Not only could we give you a way home, but...if you're interested, we can give you things that the government can't control. Free reign over what you and your pokemon do. It'd even be a way to fight back, if you're into that."

"Fight back?" Jasmine asked with a raised eyebrow. "Fight back against the government?"

"I don't think that's a good idea," Spring muttered. "I mean everyone could get in some serious trouble."

"You breaking out already makes you get in serious trouble, one way or another. And besides, why not fight back?" There was a flash of light, and Jasmine was in regular clothes. A T-shirt and a pair of shorts. She also had incredibly curly red hair. "They may have taken over just about everywhere, but the war's just begun, if you dig down deep enough."
 
"Ho...I'm suddenly very interested in that. Do you have any phone at where you at though, I need to contact my family."

I said to them.
 
"Well Copter, looks like you and I are rebels now. You ready for this buddy?" The Yanma buzzed around at speeds that were hard to track then landed on Charley once again with a happy expression. "I'll take that as a yes."
 
"Well ... I went from being a student who wants to graduate in history to a rebel who fights against a corrupt government ... my parents will be proud of me" I say in a sarcastic tone.

"Oh, besides I have a cell phone ... thinking about it I should have used it before"
 
Alexander stops before turning around with a smirk on his face "Sure why not, complete freedom from those annoyances in charge and I get to kick their behinds, where do I sign up."
 
"Well, first we're going to have to take you somewhere," Kaedae said with a small smile. She got them. Perfect. "We have a base out in the Viridian forest that we go to when we're not messing up the governments day. Follow us."

The two burst warriors then began to walk away from the police van, while Haruto took a quick glance back at them. "So, have they told you much about burst warriors in school?"
