One Piece Post-Timeskip Scaling and Calcs

Diamante's spiked iron balls make no sense. If you calced them, the result would probably be like Wall level each at most.

In fact it's kind of a terrible anti-feat that someone like Kyros can get injured by a bunch of spiked iron balls falling from the sky.

> Yeah but that's not the issue. The issue is that we're assuming it's the same size as Alabasta which we can't prove. However, scaling it to Antarctica would be more accurate given that they're both ice continents. Plus wouldn't using Alabasta be calc stacking?

Technically speaking I don't think using a calced distance from one instance counts as calc stacking when using it in another calc; but using Alabasta's size is unjustifiable.

Honestly, so is assuming the split that he made reached as far as the full width of Antarctica. I'm sure that the distance that he split can be estimated using the panels themselves and some pixelscaling. Otherwise we're just reaching for as high a result as possible.

It should be noted that flamethrowers and pick axes couldn't do anything to the ice which means it's likely as hard as iron if not harder.
I think it would be more accurate to assume that its as hard as steel, since the pick axes are most likely made of steel as well.

Now the hard part is scaling and see how much wide, deep and long it was the split, but it could be possible to utilize the two clouds (which looks like stratus clouds) that have been form in the middle of the split for pixelscaling.

I don't think those are legit clouds Stefano. They form around Chinjao's head too.
That could be just condense moisture in the skin of Chinjao's head likely formed due of Chinjao performing the feat (since a portion of his energy would had be convert into heat).

That would be no different than seeing your own breath in the middle of winter, or see a very hot drink of coffee releasing steam at cold temperature.

Fair point Stefano, but as seen here there are clouds of mist/fog at ground level when the pirates and trying to break into the ice and when Chinjao breaks open the ice sheet.

It seems likely to me that instead of being the type of clouds that formed thousands of feet up in the sky, that the clouds we see in the cave are just more of the same icy fog.

I've calculeded Chinjao feat. Time to make the blog. Get ready to see the results

But the two clouds we see do not resemble icy fog, they seen to be far too compacted.

Also, there is also the possibility that the stratus clouds could had be formed by the previous icy fog we had see before.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stratus_cloud

Stratus clouds are low-level clouds characterized by horizontal layering with a uniform base, as opposed to convective or cumuliform clouds that are formed by rising thermals. More specifically, the term stratus is used to describe flat, hazy, featureless clouds of low altitude varying in color from dark gray to nearly white. The word "stratus" comes from the Latin prefix "strato-", meaning "layer". Stratus clouds may produce a light drizzle or a small amount of snow. These clouds are essentially above-ground fog formed either through the lifting of morning fog or through cold air moving at low altitudes over a region. Some call these clouds "high fog" for the fog-like cloud. While light rain may fall, this cloud does not indicate much meteorological activity.

Okay, but I don't see it being particularly relevant to the nature of the feat.

They're probably just fog that drifted down the now open chasm created by Chinjao. Doesn't mean the roof of his ice room is up to 2,000 meters high.

Well, even if they are clouds it doesn't make much difference to the feat.

We can see how deep the ice is from the first panel with Chinjao breaking the ice apart.

Either i think those clouds were kilometers in height, but in average low end clouds such as the one i'm referring can still be more than a hundred of meters above the ground.

https://www.metoffice.gov.uk/learning/clouds/low-level-clouds/stratus

Meaning they could be anything from 0 meters to 365.76 meters, even by using a mid end those clouds could still be around 182.88 meters.

This might just be a matter of completely different interpretations but those jagged lines where the ice meets the darkness are the stalactites of the ice cave. It's not the ice receding for hundreds of meters into an unknown depth that it shrouded by darkness.

The profile of the jagged ice there matches roughly with the jagged stalactites seen on the next page.

No, I think Chinjao cracked it shallower than you think... The pirates can already seen the treasure from the surface even through the ice.

Why would it get suddenly a lot darker and obscure the treasure after the ice has been split apart?

Rin The Dragon Empress said:
Again that's false. There's a bunch of treasures buried underneath that ice that isn't visible yet. Meaning Chinjao must have cracked it deeper than you think.
Actually the treasure is visible from that point, the thieves do mention that can see it and later when Chinjao is trying to break the ice after his defeat from Garp we can see it as well even above the ice.

Although it does show the treasure to be really massive and without any clear end, meaning even if the split was really deep it could still be possible see all the gold from there.

I'll also try to make a proper clouds splitting calc. I'm not expecting anything impressive though

Okay, we'll just need to get the Chinjao calc evaluated and then we can properly begin sorting people into their new ratings.

Has anyone tried calcing these feats:

Several of them had already been calced in NF (and on Google+), but at always it should be better make your own versions to be sure if they're accurate or not.

Technically we've barely started.

We need that Chinjao calc to be evaluated, then we can properly sort people out into new rankings.

I'm pretty sure the NF calc was years before the new guidebook
Then we need to redo the calculation by using the new info we got, and to see if its just as impressive as Cin suggested.

Also, since it is possible to scale the entire Zunisha's size without using too much assumptions, we can properly calculate Jack's feat on surviving the blow from Zunisha's trunk.
