The changes: Pre-Timeskip Luffy, more specifically Alabasta Luffy, loses his city level status via GGN Storm, but retains town level status due to fighting Crocodile.

Crocodile's profile doesn't drop, but the reasoning for him being town level would simply change to him injuring Robin ( Who has scaling to Pell ) and the calc will be removed from his page.
