Wounded Yonji and dented his face, and easily harmed Niji with a kick), higher with Diable Jambe | Large Mountain level (Could hurt Full Zoan Page One with kicks),[1] higher with Diable Jambe | Multi-Continent level (Matched kicks with King.[2] Although slightly weaker than Hybrid Form Queen and referred to his attacks as "heavy",[3] he still kicked him back and drew blood from his mouth, which wasn't covered in Zoan scales like the rest of Queen's body),[4] higher with Diable Jambe (Sent Full Zoan Queen's head spinning in a circle with Rotisserie Strike,[5] and wounded him again with a kick to the head.[6] Drew blood from an off-guard Queen with Diable: Mouton Shot and knocked him to the ground.[4] Blocked an attack from Hybrid Form Queen directed at Zoro,[7] and burned his chest)[3]

What changed:

-Merged the Keys "Late Whole Cake island Saga" and "Early Wano Arc" alongside some of their respective justifications into one key; "Late Whole Cake Island Saga to Early Act 2"
-Created a new Key "Late Wano Act 2"
-The new "Late Wano Act 2" Key has scaling to X-Drake
-Added a Daifuku Justification to "Late Whole Cake island Saga to Early Wano Act 2" Sanji's Speed
-Changed all "higher with Raid Suit" justifications in Sanji's speed ratings to "higher with Raid Suit Boosters" to reflect the fact that Sanji is only faster when he activates his boosters
-Changed "Can keep up with Hybrid Queen, who can tag Sanji in his Exoskeleton Key, so he should be around as fast as his later self" in Sanji's "Onigashima Raid" Key to "Can defend against Hybrid Queen's Flying Pan technique" to keep things more concise
-Added Sanji keeping up with Base King's kicks to his "Onigashima Raid" Key's speed rating
-Changed "Attacked Queen before he could react multiple times" on Sanji's "Onigashima Raid" Key to "Could outspeed Hybrid Queen on several occasions"
-Added a justification to Sanji's "Late Whole Cake island Saga to Early Wano Act 2" key, instead of simply saying he scales to his Attack Potency
-Added "higher with Busōshoku Haki" to Sanji's durability to all Keys mentioned in this thread, as he gained Busōshoku: Koka, which is meant to protect the user from attacks
-Added scans and references across Sanji's entire profile

and the new key Wano Act 2.

I know the answer is probably just "powerscaling", but how do we know that this rain attack from Kanjuro is High 6-A? We don't see it harming anyone there who is High 6-A, do we?

On Kanjuro's page, we rate his Fruit as High 6-A, above his Physical ratings.

I'm not sure if Kin'emon being wary of it is justification enough. The context of it leans towards Kin'emon warning him because it's not just a cloud that he's heading towards but a cloud created by Kanjuro.

I don't think it's a good justification to have on Sanji's profile, and he'll have his rating without it anyway.

Although I don't mind removing it, this isn't the only reason.

As I mentioned, on Kanjuro's profile, his Fruit is superior to his physicals, meaning that the scaling is still valid.

His fruit is superior to his physicals with some applications of his fruit. That's not enough to prove that this attack consists of thousands of High 6-A needles.

Applications of Devil Fruit can vary in potency quite a lot.

For the one of Base Sanji being able to counter an attack from Zoan Form X-Drake with a kick downwards, are you sure that he actually stopped an attack? There doesn't seem to be any indication that Drake was moving his head, especially since he had just tried chomping on Sanji but missed.

Drake was attempting to slam his head into Sanji. Sanji countered with a kick downward, indicated by the SFX, "whack," which is a sound for someone repelling something
