Feel like Ulti and Who's Who were the most impressive, personally. I'd argue either of them should be top 1 (aside from Drake).
Who's Who has the advantage in versatility and skill. Having mastered Rokushiki is like...an extremely large advantage considering all the benefits that it grants.
Meanwhile, Ulti should likely have a physical edge, and better armament haki, based on her confrontation with Luffy. In addition to having far better endurance feats.

Why is MB Chopper so high
He gets blitzed and frozen by Brook. clutched by Robin. dura negged and burned by Nami, overwhelmed by Franky's explosives while also getting burned then eventually gets dura negged by Radial beam.

3. The Weak Trio (Nami>Chopper without Rumble balls>Usopp)
That's how I rank them, generally. Nami can potentially take out any of them with Zeus, but the people above her all can just beat the stuffing out of her before she can take advantage of him, IMO. or find some other way to circumvent it.
