Not when Ciel was in her third form; btw Ascension 3 Ciel is Ciel herself and not an alternate personality or anything of the like; it's her temporarily boosting herself.

Ciel was also heavily nerfed overall it seems.

Im re-reading the event and it seems like she was just testing them, really, at least ascension 3 was

the end also seems like she unanchored/running out of mana, causing her to be de-summoned?

Ciel herself was holding back and was nerfed down to conventional levels it seems, and then she claims she can handle Arcueid fine on a 1v1 after she gets to their third SG which boosts her powers and when she figures out it's Ascension 3— no not exactly testing them.
All Archetype Ascension 3 seeked was to fight with them at the very least; Archetype Ascension 1 is unfeeling and would moon drop at them almost at the very beginning; Ascension 3 gave them a prep time (plot armour) of 3 hours.
