Solomon: What do you wish for? Solomon: The Holy Grail War is over. Solomon: We've won. Solomon: ...What will you wish for? Marisbury: The completion of Chaldeas. Marisbury: Oh, it's you. Marisbury: You're five minutes late. Marisbury: That's not like you— Marisbury: You want me to put a stop to Chaldeas, eh? Marisbury: That's an awfully difficult request. Lostbelt 7 got a delay announcment alongside the stream, which caused an uproar. Soon after they clarified that the delay is only 3 hours, meaning that it happens at 23:00, so technically on the 31st but just barely.
They must've really crunched it. They also mentioned that the entire team was working on Lostbelt 7, meaning there will probably be no new Valentine event.
So spoilers time (major ones):
His Servant profile sounds really interesting; seems to contain lore about gods and demons, including Satan.
The third ascension is so much better, though it is seemingly story locked for now; probably coming along with Kukulkan.
The mecha was unexpected. Obviously based on the historic temple design.
Kukulan costumes in the story, which should be her ascensions when released:
Meteor arriving on Earth:
Ereshkigal Alter (just a costume though not a new Servant):
The human form of that golden sheep form that Christmas event:
Batman:
Daybit told Tezcatlipoca in a flashback that he intends to destroy the planet and erase the traces of humanity. And he doesn't mind if Wodime wins and both him and Tezcatlipoca disappear, but he'll just do his duty. Definitely a good guy though.
Daybit art and backstory:
Daybit seems to not consider himself a human despite looking like one, and says that he purposefully infiltrated Chaldea.
His father found an artifact (an Angel relic related to Semitic people) resembling an wooden ring that doesn't show anything through it, and after 20 years he invited his son to the lab but the relic caused a flash of light causing both the father and the son to be erased, but Daybit's body is reconstructed from atoms. But his father is erased even from people's memories and the world's record. The only evidence of his father's existence are Daybit's shadow and his father's shadow, which could not be removed.
Daybit is apparently able to summon spirits from outside the universe from somewhere before the Big Bang:
Apparently, Daybit is only able to retain 5 minutes of memory from each day (I am not sure how that works), which is where he got his name; a bit of day. Which is really silly.
He has such good memory and efficient use of time that the Department of Lore didn't notice his memory issues until eight years later.
He had the heart of Olga transplanted into him, which is why Olga has amnesia.
Koyanskaya of the Light uses her third ascension.
Daybit made some deal with Wodime. He says that if they don't approve of his plan (not sure what it is at the moment) and can defeat ORT, then they should go to Antartica.
ORT battle art:
Now time for the crazy spoilers.
ORT wiped out the dinosaurs by his arrival in Proper Human History, but in the Lostbelt the alien bacteria arrived first and they prevented the separation of Pangea. The alien bacteria anticipated the arrival of ORT so they created the underground world where both dinosaurs and humans evolve. Eventually ORT awoke, so...
All humans sacrificed themselves to empower Camazotz and make him into a Beast of Humanity incapable of death. Eventually Camazotz managed to rip ORT's heart/core, and ORT's core was turned into a sun.
After the arrival of Daybit, he introduced the concept of worship to the dinosaurs, and by worshipping the sun, Kukulkan who is derived from ORT was born.
Also, Tepeu (the dinosaur with the glasses) has the Mystic Eyes of Death Perception, and his girlfriend is the Lostbelt's Archtype Earth. So basically they are the Lostbelt's version of Shiki and Arcueid?
When Olga's self-sacrifice attack and Excalibur are about to kill ORT, ORT used the Servants it consumed to fabricate history and turn itself into the Grand Foreigner, and then summoned itself back from death. Kukulkan then defeats it.
More spoilers about the ending, Daybit's goals, and future plot:
Coming from Daybit conversation with the protagonists, and the ending conversation between Roman's imposter and Rasputin.
Daybit wants to destroy the planet because Marisbury Animusphere's plans with Chaldea is going to threaten the rest of the universe. He doesn't consider the protagonists evil or enemies, and considers saving humanity from Goetia to be something to be proud of, but believes Chaldea must be stopped at any cost.
If Wodime failed it would be preferable for the planet and human history to be destroyed. Daybit and Wodime sent Anastasia to attack and freeze the Chaldea base in order to delay CHALDEAS, because they couldn't destroy it at the time.
CHALDEAS = Alien World/Planet.
Bleaching the planet and awakening the Alien God is something devised by CHALDEAS.
The Alien World has 7 apostles:
Olga didn't know that she was a Servant, and Rasputin says that her ignorance and heroic death might grant her some salvation.
- 3 to monitor and guide the Crypters: The Priest (Rasputin), the Atlas Slayer (Muramasa), the Malignant Incarnation (Limbo)
- 3 to monitor and guide the Chaldeans: The Detective (Holmes), the Professor (Moriarty), the Count/Earl (Edmond Dantès?)
- The leader: The God (Olga)
There are two apostles left; Rasputin and the Count. Olga can be revived from the remains of her Spirit Origin to be degraded and soulless, and while Rasputin would prefer not to revive her he thinks that the Count is cruel enough to do so and use her.
Roman's imposter calls the protagonists Novum Chaldea (New Chaldea), and wonder if those who claim to be of Chaldea will become its enemies once they learn the truth about the organization's hidden dark side, and if they will stand against Marisbury's Grand Order.
Rasputin says that he could intervene to stop the Chaldeans himself, but he'll stand aside since the Human Order is going to judge them anyway. Implying that going against the Alien World and Marisbury's Grand Order would make you an enemy of Alaya.
This recontextualizes Marisbury's scenes in Babylonia Episode 0. One where Solomon asks Marisbury about his wish, and Marisbury getting threatened by an assassin (Daybit) before Marisbury shoots himself:
Solomon: What do you wish for?

Famitsu: Looking forward to the reveal! Next, I'd like to talk about what is in LB7. Nasu: I might be starting to sound like a broken record on this one, but the general storyline will be REALLY simple. Takeuchi: Sure, anything is simple compared to LB6 (laughs). But don't worry, we have some interesting arrangements planned for it. Nasu: I really didn't want to say it before, but now it doesn't matter anymore, so I'll tell. LB7's writer is Nasu. I kept quiet about it because if a potential personal tragedy happened before May of this year, I wouldn't be able to write it and would have to assign it to someone else. Famitsu: Very excited about it, knowing it's a Nasu work. Things will be crazy with both Rasputin and ORT there. Nasu: No, I just told you they're going to be normal (laughs). LB6 was an outlier and won't happen again. LB6 just happened to be among the Top 3 Insanest Nasu Products and I can't make that the standard if I want things running long-term. |
Do you want to go on an adventure? (Yes) Do you want to experience the culmination of Inflation? (Yes) Do you want to fight the President of the Earth? (Not really) I greatly exceeded the amount quota for the script of Lostbelt Chapter 7. |
Other than the designs not being that good (the 2nd ascension is especially bad), the art style looks too washed out and faded away. Not only does it not fit the art of other characters, but it looks like it is awaiting finalization in coloring. Also the proportions seems off between ascensions (could be wrong tho, but they at least give that illusion). Here is a comparison between the original art, and quick adjustments in the brightness/contrast:read the comments regarding the new servants and people are complaining about tezcatlipoca’s art design.
yeah it does seem too foreign compared to other art styles and fgo style.
but what do you guys think regarding his art style?
Since the Human Order is siding with it, it seems to be firmly on humans getting supremacy, and the Human Order getting forever preserved. Also, Animusphere research allowing access to the Root because Mages. This really does make me wonder, though. What IS the true purpose to Marisbury's Grand Order?
Stars | The shape of stars Cosmos | The shape of space Gods | The shape of gods Animus | The shape of self Antrum | Celestial bodies are hollow Unverse | Hollow is void Anima, Animusphere | In void, there is god |
What is Marisbury cooking? And I like the idea that the LB7 ORT is a weaker version rather than the PPH version that came to earth later. Camatotz being the Beast of Oblivion is also interesting and Oblivion being about forgotten ancient civilizations is a unique take.
Now for the real stuff, would Camatotz scale to a new born ORT? I was told that he isn’t as strong even after merging all of the LB humanity and it took millions of years + him distracting ORT before he could snatch its heart and create a new sun.
Why is it a sonic thing?
Guys, someone is trying to give Servants infinite speed
My bad, re-edited.Why is it a sonic thing?
Still a sonic threadMy bad, re-edited.
Check the thread now
Still a sonic thread
Just asking you to fix it in case others want to goTry this then :
Besides, you already commented on the thread.
Done. However, yeah. That CRT won't pass, but would like to see more opinions in regards that CRT from more Nasu supporters besides you and meJust asking you to fix it in case others want to go
Those arts are beautifulSome art from the preview of strange Fake's upcoming volume:
Yeah, I think the main point that the CRT completely misses is the 1st person narration, generally Emiya, POVDone. However, yeah. That CRT won't pass, but would like to see more opinions in regards that CRT from more Nasu supporters besides you and me
Yeah, gonna roll for her.So you guys are saving up for kukulkan?
She’s quetz but I guess coolerYeah, gonna roll for her.
Is daybit dead?Done with LB7. Really don’t want to fight ORT again.
Yeah, gonna roll for her.
He is evil though sending ORT to destroy planets. That’s genocide.Don't know, but I saw CG of him falling on a big hole.
Yeah what @ShadowWhoWalks said. But I think it’s a bit over the top.Uhhhh there's really big reason why he's doing that....
After ORT's defeat (An interesting part of the battle is that Beni-enma Alter learned how to impose the concept of death from King Hassan off-screen), both Ritsuka and Daybit are in an Aztec realm between life and death. Daybit plans to use time travel to get ORT to succeed in destroying CHALDEAS. He says that he is trying to save the universe instead of just the planet, and while he would want to save humanity he disagreement is with the method. He says Marisbury is an enemy of the universe but not humanity. Is daybit dead?
Ort would never die from having his heart steal they don't have concept of death (benni force it to him later), we are not sure if he got weaker by losing his heart of if he was weaker already from the beginningI heard the reason why ORT became weaker subspecies is Camatotz ripped it's heart out. Normally ORT would either die or forced to permanently sleep, however because of Fantasy tree here become ORT's nourishment it still managed to survive and wake up albeit weaker because it lost it's heart.
So this ORT originally is the same ORT from PHH but got weaker because of Camazotz.
I don't think Camazotz can be scaled to ORT if it took millions of year of accumulated damage to rip ORT heart.
She have Nothing to do with quetzShe’s quetz but I guess cooler
So he’s like a weaker version of shiki (who has the powers of every character) except he has the powers of every servant. And ORT profile would be really long if we do it, he have the ability of every servant we have and see in cannon bcz he absorbed all of them. He can't be damaged in normal time and he regen itself so quick that we needed tachyon do affect him. + In grand foreigner form he can ressumon itself till he have a cellule of him existing.
lehen, i have a question about the throne of heroes. Is it a higher dimensional construct? Those arts are beautiful
