If I remember, the 6-C+ AP for most servants are being brought down, and lowered to Low 7-B due to Karna's feat. Though, I remember something about Elizabeth tanking her mecha self's self-destruction, which was said to be comparable to the TSAR Bomba. 7-B+ to 7-A, perhaps?

actually, demon pillars have a couple feats. They have a continental feat. something to do with America in Salem
but they also are stated by Goetia that they can stop the planets rotation. which comes out moon level tiering

Their could be a way to divide it up, but it would still come out ridicously high.
if you divide it up by 72 to say all demon pillars were stopping the planets rotation (which i do not think all of them were)
if i did the math right it comes out to something like 2.8 megatons

This isn't Mecha Eli self destructing, just the reactor exploding, so if they are different scenes then can try and find it.
However, they didn't take the full force anyway, as Hime has Liz use her singing to reduce the power of the explosion. Right before that, Hime's plan was to try and contain the explosion as much as she could with her NP, where even if she succeeds, she says Liz would die if she stayed
Timestamp should bring you to where Hime says even a contained explosion would kill Liz, and then a bit later the stuff with her singing decreasing the power of the explosion

Eh, it doesn't directly mention the Tsar Bomba to begin with, so we would need to base it off something else going by the text.
