Its not really a bad matchup. I actually find it kinda interesting. It's just that both pages are old and need reorganizing for people to get a better idea of the characters, especially since only a handful of people know both verses well.

I’m not knowledgeable on Jorge Joestar in particular, so what would Kars even start with? Because if Medaka sees him as a real threat like she did with Iihiko then she might actually bring out the All Fiction and the like (hell she might not even take the first hit but who knows)

Whatever works. He can kinda figure out her whole MO at a glance. By the end though layered time stop and D4C is what he was using most often but that's only really two fights back to back, prior to that Whitesnake was one of his favorites. This ignores the whole understand, copying, etc stuff which is borderline passive.
But AF would just condemn her, BTD would kick in, which would give him prep time, knowledge of her whole kit, resistances to her whole kit, give him her whole kit, and also make her fated to just die so he would never even have to fight her.

And yes, BTD, even if AF works on Kars, and even if we assume he can't resist it, BTD would work just fine because she wouldn't know Killer Queen exists, and Killer Queen isn't his Stand, it's Kira's, he just used his nat 20 rizz to convince Killer Queen to go awol. She would need to AF KQ itself or Kira which neither is gonna happen before it kicks off.

Doing AF on Kars would just force BTD to take action due to a lack of any other option really.

I was gonna bring up Medaka’s Supernatural PIS Luck, but then I remembered the fate stuff in Jojo is 4D if memory serves me right. Medaka is cooked if that’s true (even without that she probably is cooked because wtf Kars literally has “The End” on crack)

Sup luck ain't anything new to him, though that wouldn't really stop BTD, she can't even interact or perceive it to start with, and BTD in the novel is dumb as shit and doesn't need a 3rd party host to be used.
As an aside, BTD in the novel has multiversal range, so that's cool, if Kars wanted he could just throw D4C clones of himself at her and nuke her from away.

And because I'm sure it'd be brought up, even someone who was biologically identical and had already copied Kars' power and ultimate status (That being Dio), was still unable to obtain beyond 1 Stand, with him obtaining more causing his body to explode into as many parts as he was given Stands, with it explicitly compromising his regen too (said dude could regen from dust and vapor in a instant, on repeat).

She could probably copy a Stand, depending on which one given something like D4C in the novel has Low 2-C slop that layers into itself, but copying every Stand I doubt she could given even someone who copied him couldn't break the "One Stand per person" rule.

So ig Kars instantly figures out what to do to win, Medaka stands around doing nothing, and then Kars wins. Only wrinkle I really see with that is the supernatural luck stuff.

Sup luck ain't anything new to him, though that wouldn't really stop BTD, she can't even interact or perceive it to start with, and BTD in the novel is dumb as shit and doesn't need a 3rd party host to be used.

That doesn't really let me know why supernatural luck wouldn't work. As mentioned, it'd still work on someone way stronger than her who can nullify all her abilities, so "she doesn't have a power that lets her interact with stands" doesn't sound like a great reason for it not, like, causing Kars to inexplicably decide not to take her out, or for his attacks to inexplicably miss.
