MASSIVE HAX UPGRADE for the Lake Trio

What i meant is, the DW doesn't really do anything that prevents Dialga and Palkia from harming each other.

Also as Dragon said, you can kill Dialga without destroying time beforehand.

It will be destroyed afterwards as a consequence of Dialga's death.

Using the Pokedex example, time flows because Dialga's heart beats. Not Dialga's heart beats because time is flowing

>Then Time and Space have Type 8 Immortality reliant on Dialga and Palkia.

>Dialga and Palkia are time and space.

>Ergo they get Type 8 Immortality reliant on themselves.

>Oh wait, Type 9? ovo

Simple Logic.

@Neo

I think that abstract existence is reserved for people with a "as long as the concept is fine, i'm fine" kind of immortality.

Oh, really? I thought that type 8 immortality was just an application of the Abstract Existence.

Mary Poppins, for example, has Abstract Existence but not type 8 immortality.

The only thing I disagree with for now is the 1st part. The latter is no problem, I never argued they can revive from their concepts and I agree they cant.

The problem with this is that, during flashbacks of the fight anyway, Dialga and Palkias attacks against each other were being at least extremely decreased by the DW. Its the reason why the DW was almost completely polluted of Anti-Matter clouds in the first place (that and Giratina was pissed for Dialga and Palkia not helping to clean it ovo).

Also, I think you might be missing my point a tiny bit Kaltias. Even if the DW cant stop those 2 from harming each other, its because they're explict equals. And Arceus is an obvious acception. Would the same happen if someone from another verse tried harming them?

Where does it says that they take less damage due to that, though?

If someone from another verse who is just as strong as them punched Dialga or Palkia in the face, I fully expect that they would take damage.

Cyrus also affirms that the "defeat" of Giratina would bring the disappearance of the Distortion World (also concept of antimatter).

But the player can "defeat" Giratina, and Cyrus himself says that Giratina has been "defeated", but the Distortion World still exists, indeed, Giratina returns after the player wins the league, and no matter how many times Giratina is defeated, Giratina always reappears.

I mean, that would either be Cyrus' hypothesis being proven wrong or the DW being tied to Giratina's life (kinda like Dialga-time and Palkia-space)

From the context, yes, because it's obvious that knocking Giratina out wouldn't cause the destruction of the Distortion World.

Also in Giratina's profile the term "defeat" is treated as death.

Where does it say you have ever killed Giratina? Nothing really implied you kill Giratina ever.

@Kaltias

It's not directly stated, just greatly implied. According to these statements by Newton anyway:

"When there are imbalances in the real world....this world then corrects them to maintain the balance between Time and Space...whenever this occurs, a black-cloud appears..."

What this means is whatever happens to target Time and Space, the DW protects them to keep them from ever getting unbalanced. And thats when one of those black-pollution clouds appear in the DW.

This also shows and explains it. And this brings me to a new point. Im not saying Dialga and Palkia can/should revive from their concepts and not have it the other way around, but if it was the latter, why would the DW need to keep time & space balanced? If anything fatal ever happened to either, they would just revive from Dialga and Palkia right? If so, then it would make the DW having a role in this really pointless tbh.
