It does exactly that. 1 layer of existence is already a 4D feat due to a layer of existence being an entire space-time but we get time as an extra wording. You really are just being pedantic.

Time is 4-D by default in any verse

The entire space-time is 4D, not just Time. Time is also not 4-D by default. A layer of Existence could be just matter not the entire space-time. It's stated to be something else from time, time being even placed as a greater feat "but also whole layers of existence and even time itself", as you can see the "even time itself", it does not say its consume the layer of existence which consist of space and time. The Layer of Existence and Time are two different concepts just by using that screenshot which has no further explanation and context.

affecting time is 4D feat by default like weekly said, yeah and if it affects and entire layer of existence (3D according to you) and time. That is literally space and time which is also 4D.

Affecting time doesn't always mean higher infinity, it simply means superior but an unknown number greater. Yeah a normal Universe its 4D (as it has space and time), would you say that it would be Higher D Universe? They would be the same. Both having Space and Time. A multitude of 3D does not make 4D like how a multitude of 4D does not make a 5D if their geometrical size still amounts to 0 within this scale.

Obliterating time is definitely a 4-D feat. If you're treating time as a construct that can be effected, it makes most sense to treat it as a temporal dimension, in which case it is a layer of dimensionality. Obliterating it implies that ability not only to effect 4-D entities and constructs, but the fundamental framework on which they rest. Destroying time is vastly more impressive than destroying a 4-D item or being, for example, just as shattering 3-D space is more impressive than smashing a rock.

I dunno if that can be used as a feat, but... It was needed a force greater than a thousand dead suns (basically, suns going into supernovae) to bind Aatrox into his sword. Maybe another feat on the 4-B range that would solidify/support the others?
