Lance's Dragonite (manga) page question.

I'm surprised that no one brought it up but shouldn't Lance's Dragonite from Manga get his own page? As we can see here [[1]] he went toe to toe against Palkia (who is 2B in this wiki) and able to damage it. So shouldn't we scale him to that Palkia and make a separate page about it? Just like the Lucario from Pokémon 7 has its own page.

Normal pokemons going toe-to-toe againt legendaries, let alone the creation trio, is basically always threated as an outlier

Lucario is an exception as he pretty much stomped every other pokemon he fought iirc
