He uses it in the air, Sanji can't get close enough in enough time because he's gonna have to jump at him and I don't think I nee to explain why King wouldn't just let his enemy come up to kick him.

The 2nd time it did massive damage.
I chalk up him tanking the first one to his suit taking the majority of the damage.

He's used it once in the air from far away (and failed to directly land a hit on Zoro) and one at close range on the ground which hit him directly.
Sanji has the speed to hit him when he's preparing the attack once he knows it's coming.

Definitely in AP and normal SS but Sanji's durability is like, way, way higher than Zoro's. That Exo skeleton is no ******* joke tbh.

Queen's normal lifting strength already scales vastly above Zoro's, so an extremely amped Queen LS should demolish him.

An explosion is a lot different than a judo throw into a solid wall. With an explosion you'll only be exposed to a certain amount of that energy because of surface area and such.

BM and Kaidou both have LS over Queen iirc, and Zoro still stopped their attack for a sec.

Because Sanji's only LS feat is scaling above his pre-timeskip profile going off the profiles justification.

We could probably scale him to King's physicals for having a semi-prolonged kick clash.

Probably not, Zoro can clash with him but when King puts effort in he can disarm him with LS.
King did something similar after the clash be restraining Sanji with one arm.
