Izuku Midoriya (Deku) vs Reinhard Van Astrea (Sword Saint)

This is probably somehwat similar to Gokù vs Reinhard except this time his opponent is actually kind of well matched. Ironic since its a high school kid who eould give Rein more trouble than a literal God

He does but Deku outscales him in LS hard so unless he has like a dp of escaping binds (whcih he probably does but it hasnt been shown yet) he is staying in place

I don't think Deku outscales him by anything absolutely unreachable, even if he did for whatever reason Reinhard could just wish for a blessing to escape Deku's grasp

Reinhard doesnt have an auto wish blessing ability for every situation and we only use the blessings which he has previously shown or has been said by the author that he could gain

Also this 45% Deku which has a mountain level Lifting strength vs Reins class 10 so there is no chance of Rein escaping once he gets caught unless he cuts through BW with his bare hands which he might actually be able to do
 
Deku does have a wincon as unlikely as it is, although Rein could probably effectively dodge him easily and murder him with one of his blessings or something

Reinhard has sleep and emphatic hax and each time izuku fails to catch Reinhard, he'll become much faster to the point Izuku can't keep up.
 
Going off profile. But it seems Reinhard has Dura Negation attacks and can easily dodge Blackwhip's attempt to bind him or destroy them before it can wrap around him.

I see this man has a victory over Ultra Instinct Goku, who is a Low 2-C character that has an excellent ability to dodge attacks. Izuku being 7-A means nothing.

Reinhard's Blessing.
  • Initiative: He cannot be ambushed, and all initial attacks from Reinhard connect.
  • First Attack Immunity: The first time an attack is performed at Reinhardt, he automatically dodges regardless of his awareness of the attack. The blessing will wake him up even if he's asleep.
  • Proceeding Attack Immunity: The second attack and all following attacks miss him, as he automatically dodges them with vastly greater speed than the first time.
  • Arrow Avoidance: Projectiles and long-distance attacks can not hit him.
Also this. (Once he has seen an attack once, he can dodge it at greater speeds)

Blackwhip isn't restraining him and Izuku can't avoid his one shot dura negating attack. How can this be anything but a massive stomp?

Becuz its questionable if BW counts as an attack and he doesnt have any kind of dp that protects him from binds that we know as of yet

Proof? Dekus intentions are to be non hostile and Cecilus can supposedly damage him probably du To him being mostly non hostile against his opponents as he considers them to be beneath him and this also goes for Reinhard

But Reinhard can literally just ask for a blessing and even if it doesn't exist one will be made for him. Nagatsuki even said Reinhard can master and do anything he puts his mind to due to that so it basically is an auto blessing for any situation as long as it's within the realm of Od Laguna

Exactly, there's no real way for Deku to win even with a somewhat big AP difference Reinhard out hax's him too hard

What? My dude a bind counts as an attack and even if it didn't he 120% has the ability to destroy blackwhip
Edit: Not to mention the equalized speed would still give Reinhard the advantage since he has better reaction speed top all that off with his greater battle experience fighting opponents with even more broken/op abilities and his adaptation being so ridiculous he can adapt to literal outer space on top of his instinctive reaction that allows him to properly react and defend himself against things he's seen for the first time. Frankly it's really just a stomp even with the equalized speed and AP difference.

Like Greatsage said it wouldn't really make a difference, all Deku can do knowing he has immortality, a move capable of 1 shotting him, increased speed overtime, danger sense on steroids basically and all these blessing hax would probably for once make him lose hope
