Is this a calcable feat ?

In Deathly Hallows Part 1, Bellatrix blows a strand of hair out of her face and smiles during an extreme slow motion sequence. Is this is a calcable reaction feat ?

There was also a throwing knife shown in the scene so I guess you could find the typical speed of a throwing knife and then figure out how much time was slowed down.

I mean getting the average speed that throwing knives move at and figuring out how much things are slowed down based on that.

Yeah but, no one is moving at an accelerated rate, its in slow motion but everyone is slowed too, so not really a speed feat.
