Literally all of the 3 big factions of the verse have as a near standard ability being able to open portals to travel from human world, to Hueco Mundo, and/or Soul Society, all different dimensions.

What makes Kamui so special? It's just your regular another dimension, which probably far smaller than the dimensions in Bleach.

Because we assume they should as they shouldn't be any different unless tsomething points out the dimension as being special in any relevant way.

The only thing special about the Kamui dimension is that it's a separate space time dimension... which isn't that special in Bleach given the Dangai is explicitly a separate space time dimension that everyone and their mom could open portals to.

Even the dimensions that they can't travel to and from with ease just get busted by sheer power as with Caja Negacion and Yukio's pocket dimensions. When base timeskip Renji flexing his reiatsu is enough to bust out, Yhwach passively does so lol
