Is Papyrus' electricity resistance significant enough to include under his abilities? (Same applies to Frisk)+ other possible Papyrus and Frisk revisi

At one point, Papyrus gets shocked by an orb and it doesnt seem to bother him much, as he shakes it off within seconds. Frisk gets shocked by the same orb and shows no reaction and takes no damage. Would this count as a resistance to electricity.


Another noteworthy thing about this scene is that Papyrus throws the orb up high, and it lands with precision and perfect accuracy on top of Frisk's head.
