In Undertale, how reliable are Checked stats?

I've had this question for a while now, but arean't there also the datamined stats? Which one should I trust more, the stats from "Check" or the Datamined Battle Stats?

I've been over this many times before.

CHECK stats don't have any effect on the game, and exist only to show how strong monsters are in comparison to each other. Stats acquired from datamining are internal stats which are not canon, but are what affect the battle. Like Pokemon stats.
